Our Hiring Process:

1) Send us your info

2) We'll call/ text you to schedule a intro call

Typically this call is 5-15 minutes to get a vibe check and make sure all basic requirements are met by you and us.

3) a more formal interview

Typically these are in-person and are about 60 minutes long.

4) onboard with our team :)

Our onboarding process streamlined and we can get you seeing patients right away.

If you know a phenomenal therapist who truly cares, we want to meet them. If you refered us someone that we hire, you will get $100 after their first week and another $500 when they hit the 6 month mark :)
